Oceanic Discoverer is a specialized expedition vessel that offers unique explorations to remote locations and cultural interactions in Asia-Pacific, and Papua New Guinea. The vessel was built in 2005, and its design features include a shallow draft, advanced navigational and stabilization equipment, and an ice-strengthened hull for cruising in polar regions. Oceanic Discoverer can accommodate up to 72 passengers in 36 cabins, each with en-suite facilities. Several onboard amenities include a lounge, library, spa, gym, and an alfresco bar and dining area.
